“New Year” Gas Give-Away 2008
This site operates an incentive promotional sweepstakes on a seasonal
basis. Our current sweepstake is a New Year Gas-giveaway. The promotion
begins January 1,2008 at 12:01am EST and ends June 1, 2008 at 12:00pm
EST. (the promotion period”) all entries must be submitted
during this time. One (1) winner will
be chosen monthly on the second Tuesday and announced
second Wednesday of each month on our site at: www.livealittlecloser.com.
The winner will be required to contact our office via email, phone,
fax or letter to let us know where they would like to have gas

or phone at 866-695-6224. Gas cards to be distributed from payment
of purchase through Mobile/Exxon/speedway/Meijer and send via
mail. Winner has seven days from date announced on site to claim
prize. (Prize value not to exceed $25.00 USD)

on pages provided to qualify for Monthly drawing.
To qualify for chance at automatic monthly drawing
a survey must be completed online. This contest is subject to
all applicable laws in the united Sates and the winner must be
a Michigan resident. You must be 18 years or older and have a
valid Drivers license.
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend and or
therefore disqualify any person due to any unforeseen errors or
technical difficulties.
We are not liable or will not be held responsible
for any claims against us. Any damages including but not limited
to attorney fees. Entrants waives the right claim any damages
whatsoever including to, but not limited to any direct or indirect
damages except where prohibited. Entrant agrees that any disputes
or claims and cause of action arising out of or connected with
this sweepstake in any way shall be resolved under the laws of
the State of Michigan and not to exceed in excess of minor small
claim court.
